Visiting our NYC Store
Where is your store located?
Our store is located at 63 Orchard Street, New York, NY 10002. We're in the heart of the Lower East Side, between Grand and Hester Streets.
What are your store hours?
Our store hours are:
Monday through Friday: 9 am - 5 pm
Saturday: 10 am - 4 pm
Sunday: 9 am - 4 pm
Do you offer tailoring services?
We do not offer them in-store, however there is a tailor down the block. They can typically tailor a tuxedo or suits for under $20 in under 20 minutes (while you wait.)
You can even get your rented tuxedo tailored and then return it. (We do not rent those tuxedos again - we sell them to a wholesaler.)
Is parking available near the store?
While we don't have dedicated parking, there are several parking garages in the area. Street parking is also available, but it can be limited.
What subway stations are nearby?
The nearest subway stations are:
- Grand St (B and D trains)
- Delancey St / Essex St (F, M, J, and Z trains)

What size should I order?

Do your suits and tuxedos run true to size?
Yes, all of our suits are high quality and extremely accurate. We also offer a money-back guarantee or hassle-free exchanges if for some reason the suit does not fit. We offer both slim fits and more generous styling.
What size are the pants?
All of our pants are the industry-standard six inch drop. This means that if you order a size 46 jacket, it will come with size 40 pants. All of our pants have unfinished bottoms to make altering an ease. For customers in-store we can generally mix-and-match to get you the perfect fit.
Can I get different size suit pants?
If you're ordering online, we're very sorry, but all of our tuxedo / suit packages are imported together. If you come into our NYC store we'll be able to assist.
What is the length of the pants?
All of our pants have unfinished bottoms to make altering an ease.
Can the pants be taken in or out?
Yes, they can be taken in or out by two inches.
Payment
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all Apple Pay, Google Pay, all major credit cards and Paypal.
Do you charge sales tax?
All sales tax is already included in the price of the product.
Shipping
How do you ship?
We offer many methods. Within the United States as well as APO/FPO addresses, we ship with USPS (Express mail and Priority mail), FedEx (Ground, 2 day, Express saver, First overnight, Priority overnight, Standard overnight), and UPS (Ground, Three-day select, Second day air, Next day air saver, and Next day air). Internationally, we ship either USPS Priority mail international or FedEx International priority. You'll be given the choice of any shipping method when you check out.
How much does shipping cost?
We calculate your shipping cost based on the weight of the item, and charge you the exact amount of shipping. We have no extra fee for handling so that you can get the lowest prices possible.
Is insurance included in my shipping?
Yes, insurance is included.
Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes, shipping is calculated at the same rates of the rest of the United States.
Will you ship internationally?

When will I receive my item?
We ship within 24 hours of receiving your order (not including weekends or holidays). When you receive the item depends upon the shipping method you select during checkout. What if I need my item by a certain date?
You can select a faster shipping method at checkout. We offer both expedited and overnight shipping services. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us and we'll figure out the right shipping method for you to choose.
