The Men in Black have long been a source of many urban legends concerning government agents - they were popularized by the 1997 movie starring Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones, and have been popular Halloween costumes every year since.The costume itself consists of five parts:

4. Sunglasses
Once you've got all that, you're above the System. Over it. Beyond it. You're "them." You're "they." You are the Men in Black.
